Process: The 50-0mm raw coal adopts the main process of "three product heavy medium cyclone coal selection without desliming, classification, and pressure feeding". The 0.5-0.25mm coal slurry adopts the coal slurry heavy medium separation process, and the -0.25mm coal slurry adopts the flotation process. Flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered using a filter press. The tail coal slurry is concentrated in a high-efficiency thickener and then combined with a high-frequency screen and filter press for dehydration and recovery. The washing water is closed loop, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
