Operation Description
The feed containing high moisture is continuously fed from the feed inlet to the small diameter end of the stainless steel wedge wire to form a conical sieve basket. The solid material is gradually sent to the outlet end of the large diameter through the horizontal excitation force generated by the centrifuge shaker in the rotating sieve basket. The inertial centrifugal strength generated by the centrifuge during operation can reach up to 100G, ensuring that water is fully separated through the gaps in the sieve basket.
